Hey! I'm Virginia Califano, an avid, obsessed 18 year old Yankees fan. A native New Yorker, I was born in Manhattan, lived in the Bronx for a few years, then moved up to a little town on the Hudson River called Cold Spring. I was known around my school as a Yankees fan, and received a Yankees cap and teddy bear from a faculty member along with my diploma as a graduation gift. I study at Marist College, where I plan on concentrating in Interactive Media and Sports Communications (hopefully working in some way for my YANKEES).
Aside from blogging about the Yankees here at Pinstripe Partisan, I also blog on "Live, Eat, and Breathe Yankees" at http://southernbelle.mlblogs.com.
Aside from baseball, my biggest passion is music. I play piano and guitar, and my favorite bands are Guns N' Roses,and Slash is my inspiration!
