Pitching wins championships. The Giants have that and they have it in a young, talented nucleus. They have it in the rotation and they have a young closer who is dominant (and insane). If that staff stays healthy, and that’s a big IF for anyone to deal with, this team should be contenders every year. Obviously, they will look to make sure their lineup has potency, but pitching ultimately wins and this team will be in the race every year that they have that pitching staff healthy.
