Ihave responded to this twice before ,actually I am quite upset because each claim & response I whish where not in my family because it only cost me victories- again in each case I have abandoended the debate

wow this website is a joke. martiniman has not even said anything as to why the steelers will not repeat in 2009. he said the running game is weak. well it was last year too and we won the super bowl. the steelers are not the power run team like they were with bettis, but when ben throws those quick slants, or screens they r just as affective. the steelers will repeat because they have the best defense in the league, ben is one of the top 3 quarterbacks, his receivers are good, and so is the tight end. the steelers also have swagger and know wut it takes to win. THE STEELERS WILL REPEAT IN 2009.. this debate shouldnt even be close idk who is voting, but this is a joke if i lose this debate

no desperation….the steelers play as a team and pick up each others slack. The running game has been an issue so the receivers and ben have picked up their game. We’re not the power run team we used to be, and we need to accept that and play to our strength. football is my passion and i know what i am talking about. I will be a coach once im done with college …thanks for challenging me

well young man I am glad you wish to be a coach after college, but the first lesson you must learn, that we all want to be #1 and that is every teams and players goal..the game is played one at a time, how many teams have started out great and others terrible and have not lived up to exspectations while the other has won it all. don’t put it all on the table up front. in the past and now I am very close t many players ,they know what they want but untill that last second there is little talk,with only celeberation (or speculation} untill it’s over.
