Norv should have been fired after last season even though they squeezed into the playoffs. This year he deserve the wet noodle treatment for taking a team with such great individual talent and running it into the ground. Same goes for defensive coordinator Ron Rivera who may have seen his last head coaching interview for a long while.
Lets not forget GM AJ Smith who can’t seem to get along with the marqee players on the team.
The Chargers were my AFC Super Bowl pick this preseason and Norv, Ron, AJ and lets not forget the players have made me look very silly.
