I agree that Durant could win more titles because he will have a much better supporting cast around him. Durant, Westbrook Jeff Green and they have some cap space while Lebron has old aged vets.

Being in the East will only help Lebron for so long as the East will rise again to be the top conference. The West has a ton of aging stars that are coming to the end very quickly and Durant and his crew will be there to collect their fair share of chances to compete for NBA titles.

If Lebron sticks with Cleveland he will be stuck where he has been the past few years, as the best player in the league without enough to truly build upon. The managment in Cleveland is stuck between a rock and a hard place with LeBron. If they let the favorite son go they will be crticized, but if they max him out they will only be able to put teams around him now that are just good enough to stay in the championship mix.
