I agree with Shango too. He was asked numerous times about the coaching staff and all he would say is “it’s in place” like GMan stated.

Shango…I agree with you. He made sure to NOT SAY that Philips would be the coach NEXT SEASON. All he said was the coaching staff was in place….well of course it is. It’s week 17 the coaching staff has been in place all season.
I think your right…if they lose to the Eagles (which they will) than Wade is gone.
