Magic is still the best “Laker” of all time. Kobe will be the best player who played for the Lakers, but Magic will always be the face of the franchise.

You Clueless fools…you know NOTHING about basketball and how it has evolved…..Bryant couldnt carry Johnsons Jockstrap…you obviously dont take into account the rule changes and the star treatment…if Bryant played with Magic, he would be maybe be 6th man off the bench for scoring….lol at you clowns thinking Bryant would put up 30 a game in the old roughshed 80’s, he would get thrown into the 3rd row the first time he drove and would be scared to drive again….you guys give NBA fans a bad name.

This is actually a close call in my opinion. Both of you guys made some great points for both Magic and Kobe and at first I was leaning strongly to Kobe and now I’m split down the middle. I’m going to go with Kobe because he is still playing and far from being done and by the time he is finished I don’t think there will be much of a debate on this issue!
