his workouts? There’s a DVD out about him talkin about his life inand outsideof the ring. Im a try o get the title for you. But he hits hard, fast and could knock you out with ether hand. Before he got in trouble, before he won the belt. NO heavyweight could touch him? NOBODY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

No One could touch him? well, lets see. Douglas kicked the shit out of him when he was still very young, and he got completely destroyed by Lewis and Holyfield two times. Tyson was and is a joke. That DVD u are talking about is a complete fluff piece. Tysons friend made the documentary.
