*They didn’t yet sign him, just want to clarify, but most likely they will.

Lol, they will. Glad you brought up CJ, I needed to vent on that jackass.

Haha I need to vent about A-Rod regularly. And forgive my puppy Buck for barking while I was recording! I would have re-recorded, but he’s not gonna stop barking…we’re cooking up a storm and he’s so excited.

As for the scouting, the Yankees have been scouting Darvish for years as well and they were only interested enough to post a modest bid, when everyone knows they have the funds to blow all other teams away. Someone is wrong about Darvish. The Yankees were cautious after the utter failure of Kei Igawa, and they even strengthened their international scouting system after that embarrassment…so if they passed on this guy, maybe they saw something we can’t see.

Valid point but this Rangers front office and scouting department is very very good and there’s no way Nolan lets the team go that high with the bid if he’s not sure the kid is worth it. I know this is a new idea in NY but the Yankees probably didn’t go higher than 20 million because they couldn’t, not because they didn’t like the player.

I think Darvish will have a hard time adjusting, and the Rangers might regret paying so much money for him. Instead of going after Darvish, they should of pursued someone like Cahill or Gio Gonzalez more aggressively.
@letstalkrangers- If you think that Darvish will be better in the MLB than Cuban prospect Yoennis Cespedes, then challenge me in this debate: http://fanvsfan.com/claims/yoennis-cespedes-will-have-a-better-mlb-career-than-yu-darvish
