Interesting viewpoint..I doubt the BCS ever goes away though.

What everyone seems to be ignoring in all this is how it will affect basketball. Are there going to be 10 teams going to the big dance now from these new super conference? Will there even be out of conference games in football?

These expansion talks are all about football because that is what brings in the money but how will this affect other sports. We are probably watching the end of the BCS and maybe even the NCAA as we know it

I think you’re nuts. Screw basketball…they can figure it out. And maybe the Pac-16 just wouldn’t play every team in their conference, who knows.

The BCS won’t go away. This wouldn’t be over…my webcam is having issues right now. In any case, it looks like the Big 12 teams all backed out.
