Look, all the Yankees have them, songs that are used to introduce them at Yankee Stadium and get them psyched about their next at bat. I have always been fascinated with the process. How does it all work? Do the players sit in a dark room like the now famous Curtis Granderson video where he’s trying to pick the best intro song, but keeps running into disappointment?Or does arrogance take over and do players just pick songs without thinking about what the words are really saying, For instance, I remember Alex Rodriguez had the song This Is Why I’m Hot. I mean, you have to balls to have that playing as you stroll up to the box at Yankee Stadium.
