It wasn't a well kept secret, but it is now official Kurt Warner has retired from the NFL. Warner is grocery store worker turned to a future Hall of Fame quarterback. In his twelve year career Warner won a Super Bowl and was named league MVP twice. He played six years in St. Louis where he won the championship and his MVP awards, five years in Arizona where he got the original St, Louis team to a Super Bowl appearance and 1 injury plagued year in New York with the Giants.For such a short career his stats are very good and average out to equal to some of the best quarterbacks ever. Though I was never a big fan of Warner, I can't deny what he accomplished in his playing days and the hard work and persistence that got him there.
