With a new regime come a number of changes. One of those changes was the departure of defensive coordinator Joe Tresey. Tresey was one of those many wanted to see stick around despite the hiring of Skip Holtz, but in the end it didn’t happen. Tresey was removed and now USF has hired former Marshall head coach Mark Snyder as their new defensive coordinator.Snyder comes to the Bulls from the Thundering Herd where he compiled a 22-37 record over the course of five seasons.
