A offensive madman is back in the league and pretty much ensures his new bosses will be looking for work after the 2010 season.Chicago BearsMost of you are aware that I am a Bears fan so the news of today's hiring of Mike Martz as the Bears new offensive coordinator is double edged. The Bears new hire who is known around the league as a pass happy offensive madman ensures that Jerry Angelo (GM) and Lovie Smith won't be long for Chicago which is the good part. The worse side is the fact that Martz's offense is great when you have the right personnel, but at the same time can get your quarterback killed. For the Bears the later is more likely to happen. The Bears have very little offensive talent outside of Cutler and the wide receivers they do have are the furthest thing from MENSA members ...
