A mutual agreement to part ways (nice way of saying my boss is an ASSHAT) and an extension for a head coach who can't finish the deed.Denver BroncosDefensive coordinator Mike Nolan and the Broncos organization have decided to part ways after one year. Nolan is a hot commodity (if your the Miami Dolphins) and it may seem that Lil' Short Sleeves (Josh McDaniel) isn't finished running off people from the organization in Denver. Nolan resurrected a pitiful defensive squad when he was brought where he tirelessly worked to change the Broncos to the 3-4 scheme and respectability. Early season returns were off the charts and overall not too shabby for a defense that was as bad as it was the previous season. The Broncos suffered another epic failure in not making it to the playoffs after an (0-6) start....
