Holy smokes TJR fans! TNA has produced a few consistent quality shows, while Raw has seen an increase in ratings?? Something right must be going on, right? Well if you look closely, you’ll notice that June featured plenty of fresh talent in prominent spots. Outside of Sting, John Cena, Kane, and Big Show, almost everyone involved in wrestling main events weren’t at that same level last year.
So without further delay, let's take a look at the top wrestlers going into July. There are a couple of new faces that I think everyone will be glad to see.
Jeff Hardy: Jeff Hardy is silently reshaping his legacy in TNA. He’s putting on solid performances, and is in top physical shape. Most importantly, he seems to be clean and healthy. That alone is enough to celebrate. Jeff hasn’t always made the best choices in life, but he’s just so damned talented. It’s great to see him turn things around. His recent matches with RVD have brought out the best in both men.
Cody Rhodes: Cody once again shined in a PPV performance. His match with Christian at No Way Out was excellent. Again, Cody was unable to win back the Intercontinental Title, but that could be a good thing moving forward. With Money in the Bank just a couple of weeks away, Cody is ready to move on to the next level of his career.
