Celtics Nation is very loyal & knowledgable. We follow our players religiously and know all the statistics of the opposing team's players. Celtics fans are also very intiminating. During the teams three-title run in the 80's, the Celtics Nation coined the term "Beat LA" to chant and get under the skin of their most hated rival, the Los Angeles Lakers. Celtics fans are also respectful. They use their "BEAT LA" slogan instead of the degrating and immature "Boston Sucks" chant used on the West Coast.
When you watch a C's game at the Garden, you feel the roar of the crowd like no where else in the league. You will never see a "White Out The Heat" promotion at the TD BankNorth Garden. You will find fans dressed in "Celtic Green" Jerseys, T-Shirts & other forms of C's gear to cheer on their heroes.
The passion of Celtics Nation doesn't just appear in Boston. Fans from all over the world follow their green & white greats on game day and I am proudly one of them. On game days, you can find me wearing a Celtics player jersey of my choice. My future wife also dons a C's player jersey of her choice as we watch our guys battle on to another NBA Title. Celtics Nation, it's simply the best.
