The Celtics showed the Miami Heat who the Eastern Conference Champs really are by dominating Lebron & company 88-80. Ray Allen led the C's with 20 points. Paul Pierce scored 19 points and Big Baby added 13 quality points off the bench. Rajon Rondo was the man at the point with 17 assists. KG came through with 10 points and 10 boards. Shaq was solid in the middle with 9 points and 7 rebounds.
The Celtics defense was superb. They gave up 30 points in the first half and limited to the Heat to only 80 points for the night.
My Point of View
The Celtics played a solid all around game. They brought it from start to finish and dominated the game. This was a great way to start the season and the C's proved that they still are the Beast of The East.
