The hastily organized Victors' Rally that was held Sunday portended the release of the NCAA notice of allegations into Coach Rod's practice policy rules infractions. The allegations released today cited five (5) potential Major Violations committed by the Wolverines' Football Program. One of the questions that the University has to answer for the NCAA is whether the allegations demonstrate that Coach Rod failed to promote an atmosphere of compliance and failed to adequately monitor the members of his staff.
