Northwestern (16-7,5-6) took care of business from start to finish en route to routing Indiana (9-13,3-7) 78-61 at Welsh-Ryan this afternoon. The 'Cats opened the game with one of the more exciting starts in memory as Drew Crawford exploded for a monster jam. It seemed to signal a sign of things to come as NU dominated for pretty much the entire game as Luka Mirkovic again propelled NU in the early going. The second half was a foul-marred take-the-life-out-of-the-crowd game that saw Northwestern in a heap of trouble as four players had four fouls for significant minutes.
