The Tampa Bay Lightning have finally agreed to terms with sniper Steven Stamkos. They have signed the Markham, Ontario native for five years worth $37.5 M - an annual cap hit of $7.5 million. Nobody has scored more goals than Stamkos' total of 96 the last two seasons in the NHL. This season Stammer also became only the 6th player in NHL history to reach 100 goals before the age of 21.
