While the Oklahoma Sooners are pegged by many to be sitting on top of pretty much every national title contender list at the beginning of the 2011 season, this offseason has been anything but perfect.

This past week, it was revealed that starting cornerback Jamell Fleming is not enrolled in classes for the spring semester and has been charged with academic misconduct, his second such offense while at OU.

Bob Stoops did not say that Fleming would not be back in the fall, which means the possibility is there for Fleming's return.

This comes after freshmen Kenny Stills and Tony Jefferson were arrested for a DUI and interfering with the official process respectively.

Defensive lineman Stacy McGee was also arrested for marijuana possession early last week.

If OU is going to be contending for a title in 2011, they're going to need to get their act together.
