Ok ladies! For those of you that don't know, this is Bo Jackson. This is also an old campaign, “Bo Knows” that Nike has recently decided to re-launch. Bo Jackson is a former Baseball and Football player that won the Heisman back in 1985. He was named an ALL-Star to both sports. He was the first.
Bo was a running back for the Raiders. In his four seasons in the NFL, Jackson rushed for 2,782 yards and 16 touchdowns with an average yards per carry of 5.4. He also caught 40 passes for 352 yards and two touchdowns. Jackson's 229 yards on November 30, 1987, just 29 days after his first NFL carry, is still a Monday Night Football record.
In 1991 Bo Jackson's football career ended during a playoff game between the Raiders and the Bengals where he suffered a hip injury after being tackled by Kevin Walker
