Florida may have secured its spot in the NCAA Tournament with a 78-69 victory over Auburn. The Tigers made a nice run to start the second half, but the game never really felt that close. I mean, the score was tight at times, but it never felt like the Gators were going to lose their grip on the game.

Alex Tyus and Chandler Parsons combined for 45 points and 11 rebounds. The duo shot an efficient 18-for-28 from the field. Vernon Macklin was the only other Gator in double figures. He finished with 10 points.

Frankie Sullivan tried to respond for Auburn, scoring a season-high 27 points. DeWayne Reed chipped in 18, but he only shot 6-for-17 from the floor.
