Redskins lost a hard fought battle yesterday versus the Indianapolis Colts, 27-24, the Redskins got down early and were down 17-7 at half but with Ryan Torrain's 100 yards and 2 tds they kept Peyton Manning off the field and slowed down the Colts.
The Redskins came in this game last in defense based on yardage, but 5th in points allowed. They dropped a number of interceptions and I don't know if you have noticed, but the Redskins defense without Albert Haynesworth are flying around and making plays. Knocking another player out of the game this week (Joseph Addai), and forcing 4 fumbles. This is after knocking out Aaron Rodgers last week, and Michael Vick the week before. The Redskins have always had a pretty good defense, but they are now making plays, and forcing turnovers.
Should teams be scared of the Redskins defense? If I'm a NFL QB, I wouldn't be looking forward to facing them.
