There are many good shooters in the NBA. Some are accurate from the perimeter and some are skilled from beyond the arc. This being said, the best pure shooter in the NBA is the Boston Celtics Shooting Guard Ray Allen.
Ray Allen is considered by many to be the most accurate outside shooter the game. He ranks second in NBA history in career 3-Points shots made & attempted trailing only Reggie Miller. Ray is also one of the best Free Throw shooters in NBA History with a percentage near 90 percent. One game proves my theory of Ray's lethal shooting touch. In Game 2 of the 2010 NBA Finals, Ray set a new NBA Finals record for the most 3-Point shots made in a game with 8.
