Important Game Facts
- Avery Bradley played his first game in a Celtics uniform tonight. He was very active on the defensive end pestering the Sixers guards.
- Luke Harangody looked a lot more comfortable out there tonight than he had in past games. Harangody put up a quick eight points in the first half on perfect 3-3 shooting. His sharp shooting caused Doc to pull Jermaine O’Neal back to the bench when he was getting ready to check into the game. He ended with 11 points on 4-5 shooting.
- Jermaine O’Neal still looks rusty on the offensive end but looks like he’s going to be a huge asset on the defensive ends and in the rebounding battle. He pulled down seven rebounds in the first half alone and twelve total.
- Stephen Lasme continues to show why he should receive the Celtics final roster spot. Lasme scored six points on 3-3 in the first half. His competition, Mario West and Von Wafer, scored 4 and 10 points, respectively.
- The Celtics looked to be running away with this one before an 18-4 run at the end of the third and beginning of the fourth quarter.
