After a long holiday weekend we would like to welcome you back to "The Jungle". Just like you, we would also like to think we have social lives, thus the reason we were a little slow on content these past few days. But, have no fear, we will be back in the swing of things as the preseason and opening night slowly approaches.
We have a lot of stuff going on at Gino's Jungle, and on The Celtics Late Night Show that we are really looking forward to in the coming months. As we did last season, this year we will once again be hosting a friendly NBA Pick'em competition on the site called, "GJ Pick'em".
Travis and I are currently working on figuring out prizes for the winners. If you didn't join us last season, we gave out a $50 TicketMaster gift card, as well as a $25 gift card to the NBA Store. You can be sure there will be a lot more where that came from. Trust me; you won't want to miss out. Details will be released sometime in the next 2-3 weeks.
As we did last season, Travis and I will also once again be doing weekly editions of "The Jungle Report". Right now, after moving to the FanVsFan platform, we are experiencing a few technical difficulties with that but the first 2010-2011 edition should be released sometime during training camp.
Starting on September 13th we will also be taking part in Celtics Blog's NBA season previews. On the 13th we'll be releasing our 2010-2011 Celtics preview, and after that we will be providing you with links for previews of all the teams in the league. Good stuff!
In addition to being a co-owner of Gino's Jungle many of you know I also co-host The Celtics Late Night Show. There is also a lot of exciting stuff happening over there in the near future, and also a lot of stuff we're currently working on making happen.
