Player With A Heart! Santonio Holmes Raffling Off Autographed Jersey for Friend

Jets WR Santonio Holmes is helping out a childhood friend’s family by raffling off a autograph jersey. Adrian Brown was 29 and a local barber in Belle Glade. He was shot and killed during a robbery near his house. Brwon cut Holmes’ hair while they were in middle school, and cut his children’s hair.
We grew up in the projects together where he was my quarterback on our city league team and also for our high school at one point. He was such an inspiration to a lot of people and the type of guy that tried to motivate kids to go to school and rise above and make an honest life for themselves and their families.
The proceeds from the raffle are going to the family and towards the funeral cost. For every $5 you donate, you will get your name in a drawing to win his jersey on October 25. The winner will be announced on Holmes’ website. You can enter the raffle here.
