LeBron James will announce where he will play next season at 9 P.M. tommorow night in Greenwitch, CT. Where should LeBron James go?
Miami now has Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade, Chicago has Carlos Boozer, New York has Amar'e Stoudemire, and Cleveland is his former team. New Jersey I think has no chance by how there free agency plan has turned into a hot mess.
First, let's start off with Chicago. They signed Carlos Boozer today for five years and 80 million dollars. That means the Bulls still have enough money to sign James to a max deal. I don't see him going there due to they couldn't get a bigger free agent like Bosh or Wade.
Now, let's talk about his chances going back to Cleveland. His home is in Akron which is barely out of Cleveland. They have a great team, but he has had to carry the team way too much.
If he leaves the Cavaliers, they will be one of the worst teams in the Eastern Conference. Due to Cleveland doing not that much in free agency LeBron will not go back.
Here we go with the Miami Heat's chances of getting LeBron. Miami has Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, do they need LeBron to win a title? I don't think they do actually. If LeBron were to go there, they could not get much help to go along with them.
Miami should let LeBron go and bring guys like Ray Allen and Mike Miller to the Heat. I think the Heat are ready to move on without LeBron with Wade and Bosh already there.
Finally were at the last team, New York Knicks. LeBron is announcing his choice in Greenwitch, CT which is only 11 miles away from the Knicks practice faciltiy.
Then, Amar'e Stoudemire already is there waiting for him. He is one of the best scoring power forwards in the NBA and fits well if James goes to New York.
Also, you have Madison Square Garden waiting for him to play 41 times a year, even more if they make it to the playoffs. Who wouldn't want to play in the best and most historic basketball place in the United States?
Mike D'Antoni's offense would be great for him as well. He could average about 30 plus points per game if he goes to the Knicks.
Overall, this makes way too much sense for LeBron James not to go to the New York Knicks.
