Just to get you in the mood, here's an audio clip of the NCAA Tournament's theme song "One Shining Moment" performed by composer David Barnett.

The song and CBS' video highlight montage after the end of the tournament is as much a part of the March Madness as Selection Sunday and last-second upsets. It's also a reminder that spring is here, much like the theme for the Master's.

My favorite rendition is performed by Teddy Pendergrass, however, Luther Vandross did a nice job as well.

The NCAA decided to spruce up the song and Oscar-winner Jennifer Hudson will provide vocals this year. She enlisted producer Harvey Mason Jr., who played on the Arizona team that advanced to the 1988 NCAA Final Four.
