The league has a stupid rule about no social networking before or after a game. Given that Ochocinco was hit earlier this season with a $25k fine, you would think his BFF would have learned his lesson. So this is TOs fault.
The NFL has a strict rule that players can't post on Twitter within 90 minutes of a game, and Owens posted a tweet during that time. It was a nice tweet and a good deed, but he was fined for the violation regardless.
