LeBron James who is milking this free agency thing as much as possible, is going to announce which team he is signing with tomorrow night on ESPN at 9PM eastern standard time. Before you yell “WHAT A DOUCHE” just know all the proceeds are going to charity (Boys and Girls Clubs of America).
By now the question is played out already....where is LeBron going? The Heat, Knicks and Chicago Bulls are the three front runners. However, there is “breaking news” out there that Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade are reportedly going to sign with the Miami Heat so does that take them off LeBron’s list? Or does James make them one of the greatest teams of all time by joining them in South Beach? However, by signing in Miami he will be joining Dwayne Wade’s team so it won’t be his championship if they do win it there.
Or does LeBron step into the shadow of Michael Jordan and sign with the Bulls? LeBron James would have to top Jordan's six NBA titles to step out of his shadow. So the odds of LeBron stepping into his idol's shoes are not great in my mind.
Or does he resign in Cleveland and deal with no side kick and lose in the second round again? Doubtful
Or does LeBron create his own legacy and join Amar’e Stoudemire at the Garden and sign with the Knicks? All he would have to do in New York is win one championship and he will be a legend. It will also be LeBron's championship while using Amar'e as his side kick. I don’t want to predict anything and jinx it but it is looking real good for your New York Knicks.
Again tune in tomorrow for the most watched press conference of all time on ESPN at 9PM.....if LeBron signs with the Knicks it’s going to be party time all over the state of New York.....get your champagne ready.
