Mike Shanahan Era Starts Tonight In Washington

The wait is over and the Washington Redskins will begin a new era with Mike Shanahan as the head coach tonight in their preseason opener against the Buffalo Bills. I think owner Dan Snyder may have finally got the head coach and GM, Bruce Allen who will lead the team back to respectability in the NFL! I like the way that Shanahan and Allen have worked to not only change the talent but the overall atmosphere surrounding the franchise since arriving in D.C.! It finally feels like an NFL operation has returned to the area after a long extended vacation.
