Two massage therapists are suing Brett Favre saying they lost their part-time jobs with the New York Jets after complaining about sexually suggestive text messages from the veteran NFL quarterback.
Claiming they were subjected to sexual harassment and job discrimination, Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole are seeking unspecified damages from Favre, the Jets and a Jets massage coordinator.
While the women didn’t say they received any messages directly from Favre, he referred to Scavo in a message proposing a meeting with her and a third, unidentified massage therapist, Monday’s lawsuit says.

Let's all say it together "MONEY HUNGRY!!" The U.S is so sue happy that you can be sued for anything at almost anytime. It makes me sick. These women now all of sudden want to get paid but were silent throughout the whole ordeal. I believe it was reported that one of the husbands even approached Brett and he brushed it off. LOL I try my best to understand all sides of the story. But there usually three sides, the accuser, the defendant and the real truth. People in general don't change. No matter what we do, we can always find a way to justify our actions. If Brett was making passes on these women, then why not tell the press when the story was hot? It would have made a better story and more than likely gave them justice when you had a number of people saying it then just one. No they waited to see what the NFL would do, what that other female would do or get. I understand they had an attorney and their attorney probably advised them to wait, but I think these part time massage therapists who have contracts with NFL teams knowing full well how sex crazy and adulterous the players are should know what they are getting into. My opinion simply is, if you are sexually harrassed by ANY popular or powerful figure and you want to seek true justice, then take the dollar signs out of your eyes and go full throttle. Players with deep pockets have the best manipulating, cutthroat and immoral attorneys money can buy but you make yourself look like a fool and make it harder for those who really are assaulted, offended, abused and harassed. Just My Opinion.
