Angels signee Mark Mulder suffered a ruptured left Achillies tendon during agility drills, reports Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times (via Twitter). DiGiovanna adds that the lefty "is not expected to pitch this year." The former All-Star signed a minor league deal with the Angels in January that would have allowed him to earn as much as $6MM in incentives.
