Losing 40 Pounds Does Not Mean You Are In Shape

Albert Haynesworth did come to training camp about 40 pounds lighter than last season and looked like he was in shape until he took the field. The Redskins failed big Al because he had to stop the test and then was unable to complete the testing when it was restarted. Losing 40 pounds does not mean you are in shape, it means you are 40 pounds lighter and still out of shape, Al. What happens now is anybodies guess as to what the front office and coaching staff will decide to do with him. I personally hope we can find a quick resolution to this sideshow and get back to building a football team. This is day 1 of the Mike Shanahan era, stay tuned to see what unfolds on day 2!
