Dorian Munroe appeared to be destined for great things when he committed to Florida. As a senior coming out of Coral Reef (Miami, FL), Rivals.com rated Munroe as the 11th-best safety in the nation. He originally committed to FSU, but made the switch not long before signing day. He redshirted during his first season with the Gators then followed that up by appearing in every game over the course of 2006 and 2007.
