The Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired Cody Franson and Matthew Lombardi from the Nashville Predators in this steal of a deal. The Preds will get Brett Lebda and Robert Slaney in return. That's how happy Leafs fans are after this trade. Matthew Lombardi only played two games last season due to a concussion, but is a 40-point man and will help if he stays healthy. Hopefully he"ll be ready for training camp.
