Busch wins nashville

Kyle Busch bullied the field in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Bully Hill Vineyards 200 from Nashville Superspeedway by leading 140 laps out of 150.

Busch started the race and the pole and was not challenged until there were nine laps to go when Ron Hornaday got by on a late restart.

Busch would get back around Hornaday though coming out of turn 4 with two laps to go on a restart after Max Papis spun to bring out the sixth and final caution. Busch restarted on the outside of Hornaday, was a bit slow to get up to speed, but powered back off of turn 2 and went past Hornaday on the inside in turn 3.

From there Kyle Busch cruised to the win. Hornaday would end up finishing fourth behind Nelson Piquet Jr. and Timothy Peters.

Busch face some pressure early from Todd Bodine, but during green-flag pit stops on lap 53 Bodine ran into the back of Miguel Paludo while attempting to enter pit road. Bodine suffered heavy damage to the right-front fender and was never a contender for the rest of the race.

Kyle Busch also reached another NASCAR career milestone in this race. On lap 114 Busch led his 20,000th NASCAR national series lap.

Even though Busch once again dominated another Truck series race, there was some outstanding racing throughout the whole event. Trucks were constantly side-by-side in the corners and were at times running three-wide. Side-by-side racing is rare to come by at Nashville Superspeedway which is typically a one-groove race track. As Darrell Waltrip pointed out on the telecast, Goodyear must have brought an excellent tire for the Truck Series this weekend, because they had enough grip to run up to three lanes high in the turns.

Busch also did not smash the Sam Bass Gibson Les Paul guitar after the win tonight which was definitely a plus.
