Ko Simpson Signs his RFA Tender, Likely Safety Opposite Louis Delmas

Safety Ko Simpson signed his restricted free agency tender today, rejoining the Detroit Lions for another year.
Last year, General Manager, Martin Mayhew traded for Simpson with a 7th round pick. Simpson played in eight games, starting five of them.
He was a fourth round pick in 2006 and a two-time collegiate All-American.
Simpson is likely slated to be the starter opposite Louis Delmas pending the addition of a draft pick or a great camp by the oft-injured Daniel Bullocks.
