Marcus Outzen started the 1998 National Championship game between the #1 Tennessee Volunteers and #2 Florida State Seminoles. In his career as a Seminole from 1997-2000, Outzen completed 59.5 percent of his passes with 5 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. He was a very good runner that had 3 rushing touchdowns in his FSU career.

Outzen stepped in for injured FSU quarterback Chris Weinke in 1998 to lead the Seminoles downt he stretch to the title game. In 1998 vs. Virginia, he led FSU to 24 second half points in picking up the victory. He made his first career start vs. Wake Forest completing 11-19 for 164 yards and an interception. He threw his first career touchdown pass to FSU wide receiver Peter Warrick in the 1998 game vs. Florida (win 23-12). 



Buster Davis was a standout linebacker for the Seminoles from 2003-2006. In his four year career at FSU Davis had 260 total tackles with 25.5 tackles for loss, 8 sacks and one interception. He was a 1st team All-ACC selection in 2006 and 2nd team All-American in 2006. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the 3rd round of the 2007 NFL Draft (69th overall). 

Davis was a great leader for the Seminoles defense and played with intensity, heart and physicality. He now coaches high school football as defensive coordinator at Lakeview High School in Alexandria,LA holding the position of defensive coordinator. 


Corey Allen was a former Georgia Bulldog wide receiver from 1994-1997. He finished his career with 63 receptions for 908 yards with 14.4 yards per catch and 5 touchdowns.He has two of the most dramatic touchdown receptions in Bulldogs history in the late 90's. His historic touchdown catch in the 1996 Georgia vs. Auburn set the stage for the 1st SEC OT game. Georgia went on to defeat the Tigers in 4 OT's. His last second touchdown catch in 1997 in Atlanta sealed the victory for the 'Dawgs over their cross town rival the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
