The No. 1 ranked Iowa wrestling team kicked the living crap out of a Cael Sanderson's Penn State team, 29-6, in front of almost 9,000 fans. The undefeated Hawkeyes won 8 of the 10 matches, including a huge upset win by Jake Kerr.

This was Iowa's 55th straight dual win.

Brent Metcalf put on a wrestling clinic, like usual. He scored a sweet pin in his match that sent Carver Hawkeye Arena into a frenzy. The student section was hilarious last night, berating Sanderson at every opportunity.

Montell Marion lost his match in overtime when the ref awarded PSU's Adam Lynch with a takedown. Phil Keddy was Iowa's other loss. Both losses were very, very close matches.
