Tony Dorsett has basically won everything a running back would ever want. Dorsett has won a Heisman Trophy (1976), a Super Bowl (1978) and made 4 Pro Bowls throughout his career. His spectacular careers, both in college and in the NFL, with the Pittsburgh Panthers and the Dallas Cowboys, were both worthy of his inducting into the College Football and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Nate Solder won't be able to achieve one of Dorsett's honors, the Heisman, because he is preparing for the NFL Draft, but he has the potential to achieve some honors Dorsett did. Solder is 11th on Mel Kiper Jr.'s Big Board and Kiper thinks Solder will be drafted 12th to the Minnesota Vikings. Solder was a finalist for the prestigious Outland Trophy which is given to the best interior lineman in college football.
