According to the Associated Press, Indianapolis Colts’ defensive tackle John Gill was found passed out in a ditch on the side of the road at 4 A.M.
In the police report, he was called out by a police officer who tried to make Gill stand up. But he couldn’t, as he kept falling over and over. The officer then leaned Gill on the car to keep him from falling down.
The policeman was named Ricardo Flores Jr. Flores described Gill at the time as a 23-foot barefoot man with a blue shit and khaki shorts who was soiled and disheveled. His arrest was believed to be public intoxication.
Gill is in his second year in the National Football League and played in the team’s scrimmage and training camp. It is reported that his chargers are dropped.
No news have been said yet of a possible suspension, however.
