Until last nights Monday Night Football game, I had no idea there was drama behind the scenes on the Jets. During the game there was mention of a female reporter that has made a claim that Jets players and coaches have made advances and sexsual comments towards her.
WTF? Any player or coach that's involved is on the slow bus. Did you really think you wouldn't get caught? Did you think she wouldn't say anything?
The way the story goes, the reporter went to practices and to the Jets locker room (why are women allowed in the locker room, reporter or not) and there were balls purposely overthrown in her direction by DB coach Dennis Thurman. In the locker room last Saturday, DT Kris Jenkins made the following comment:
"this is our locker room!" when another reporter asked Sainz if she was okay.
The female reporters name is Ines Sainz and she's a sports news reporter for Mexican tv network TV Azteca. She wrote the following on her twitter:
"I die of embarrassment!" Sainz wrote in Spanish on her Twitter account. "I am in the locker room of the Jets waiting for Mark Sanchez while trying not to look to anywhere!"
So now the team and the league are looking into the matter to see if there's any wrong doing and if so by who. The Association for Women in Sports Media has filed a complaint on Sainz's behalf which leads me to really think it's all true.
Trust me, this story is about to blow up and the Jets are screwed!
