From Calbears.com: The Cal football team will hold an open practice presented by Peterson Tractor at Memorial Stadium as part of Cal Day festivities on campus Saturday, Apr. 17. The general public will have the rare opportunity to take in one of the team's workouts and watch a scrimmage. All fans are asked to enter from the North Tunnel. Gates open at 9 a.m. PT and admission is free. "This is a great opportunity for both our fans and our players," said head coach Jeff Tedford. "It gives some of our young guys the chance to play in front of fans, which will create more of a game-like experience.
