Almost half of the games so far in the FIFA World Cup have ended in draws. They can't do this now, but they need to put in penalty kicks to end the game instead of extra time. When the refs give extra time, it usually still ends in a draw.
For a soccer game to end in a draw, it takes a little out of the game. Penalty kicks instead of extra time would be more exciting to watch at the end of a game.
When you see stars like Cristiano Ronaldo and Didier Drogba, you expect a high scoring affair. It shouldn't end in a draw.
