The Miami Dolphins have addressed their gaping void at the kick returner position by signing Pro-Bowl kick returner, Clifton Smith.
Green Bay Packers reporter Jason Wilde reports via his Twitter account that Smith, though receiving an offer from the Pack, has signed a deal with the Dophins.
"NFL source just told me that @CliftonSmith22 has informed the Packers that he has signed with Miami."
The Fins now have one less need on their roster, with such a reliable return man on the job now.
Smith was one of the chief reasons why Tampa Bay led the league in return average on kickoffs. Look for him to start as at least the kick returner, but also the punt returner as well.
