Marshall then went and rammed Watley’s friend’s automobile with his nice car, being a Cadillac Escalade. Again, there were no charges filed. A few weeks later, Atlanta police responded after Marshall missed a flight, blamed Watley and beat her up Yet again, no charges were filed. The Atlanta police department suggested to Watley that she get a restraining order.
Drinking and driving with Brandon Marshall
In October 2007, Brandon Marshall got a DUI. After several more reports of violence with Watley on the receiving end of the receiver's wrath, Marshall was suspended for the first 3 regular season games of 2008. two misdemeanor counts of simple batter for incidents from March 2007 are just what Marshall was finally charged with. For his DUI in September 2008, Marshall was given a year of probation.
Fiance being assaulted by Brandon Marshall
Brandon Marshall proposed to Michi Nogami-Campbell in February of 2009, making many sports writers praise Marshall’s “maturity.” Marshall was arrested for assaulting his fiancé in public in Atlanta just a couple of months later The charges were later dismissed. The Broncos suspended Marshall for a number of games last season and he was benched for the final game.
